To reduce the risk of transmission of infectious agents, personal protective equipment (PPE) must be used appropriately. The following is the sequences for donning PPE:
1. Perform hand hygiene
Wash hands or use and alcohol-based hand rub.

2. Put on coverall
Step into the legs of coverall and place coverall over the boots. If the coverall is with boots, then you don't need to remove the shoes before step into the legs. Pull the coverall over your arms and shoulders. Pull the hood over, and ensure the hood fits close to the face. Pull the zipper fully up the coverall.

3. Put on mask
Surgical mask or particulate filtration respirator like N95, FFP2, KN95 or equivalent.

4. Put on eye protection (Goggles, safety glasses or face shield)
Place over face and eyes
Adjust to fit

5. Put on gloves
Fit gloves over the cuffs ensuring the coverall sleeves are covered by the glove

NOTE: DO NOT TOUCH MASK OR EYE PROTECTION AGAIN ONCE PPE CHECK HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
